The 2019 Davis Cup will be the 108th edition of the Davis Cup. The Davis Cup Finals 2019 will be played from 18th to 24th November 2019. This year’s event will be conducted inside indoor hard courts at Caja Mágica in Madrid, Spain. This year’s event is sponsored by Rakuten. A total of 18 countries will participate in the 2019 Davis Cup Finals.

Davis Cup Finals 2019 Format

As we said earlier, the 18 countries will participate in the competition. The 18 teams which have qualified are selected on the following basis.

  1. 4 semi-finalist teams of Davis Cup 2018
  2. Two Wildcard teams
  3. 12 teams who made through qualifiers

All 18 countries are divided into six groups. The round-robin format will be played and top teams from each group along with two best second places will qualify for the quarter-finals.
